REESA'S WEDNESDAY GOALS

~a.m. prayer: MET!
~a.m. scripture study: MET!
~p.m. cardio - 90 minutes: NOT MET, BUT I'M OKAY WITH THAT
~p.m. weights - 20 minutes: NOT MET
~p.m. evening prayer: MET!
~1200 nutritious calories in: NOT MET, BUT I DIDN'T GO OVER BY MUCH!

I weighed myself and I am down to 148! That is already a 2.6 pound loss! I'm not counting it yet, because I only want my weekly weigh-in on Monday to be what I officially go by, but I am so excited and even more motivated! Yay!!!
